Field Hockey Announces Spring Competition Schedule

DURHAM, N.C. - The Duke field hockey team has released its 2013 spring competition schedule as announced by head coach Pam Bustin on Friday. The schedule includes six dates of competition which will all be held at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium on Duke's east campus.
The Blue Devils will play against stiff competition, facing five teams who finished in the top 25 at the end of the 2012 season including North Carolina(2), Virginia(7), Old Dominion(8), Iowa(14) and Wake Forest(t23)
On April 13, the squad will host its annual Alumni Weekend which will include a game against North Carolina, who lost to Princeton in the 2012 NCAA Championship game followed by a banquet at the Washington Duke Inn at 3 p.m.
