This U-21 USWNT will train at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from March 6 to 8, 2026, after which the final roster for the 2026 Junior Pan American Championship (JPAC) will be named.
The 2026 Junior Pan American Championship will take place from April 7 to 18 in Santiago, Chile. The teams in the women's division are Argentina, Canada, Chile, Mexico, United States, and Uruguay. Top teams from the 2026 JPAC will qualify for the 2027 FIH Hockey Women's Junior World Cup.
"This is a high-potential young squad blending high school athletes, first-year collegiate players, and experienced returners," said Ange Bradley, U-21 USWNT Head Coach. "Many are stepping into a new level of speed, physicality, and intensity. Our environment will challenge them to take ownership of their development, raise their standards, and accelerate their growth as we prepare to qualify for the 2027 Junior World Cup."
All three have a wealth of USA field hockey experience with Beach most recently helping lead the United States to the silver medal at the Junior Pan American Games this past summer.
Fidalgo Schioppa and Wozniak are coming off strong freshman seasons for the Blue Devils with both playing starting roles in the midfield for the Blue Devils. Wozniak finished with four goals and an assist after missing the early part of the season. Fidalgo Schioppa contributed two goals in her 21 outings.
Rogers is a new addition to the Blue Devil family, joining the squad this spring after two seasons at Maryland where she started 12 of 18 games this past year. Rogers was named the 2023 MAX Field Hockey Virginia Player of the Year in 2023 and a MAX Field Hockey All-American in both 2022 and 2023.
After another training camp in May, selected members of the U-21 USWNT will compete in a 4 Nations Tournament from July 7 to 15 in England. Non-traveling members of the U21-USWNT will compete in the Senior Nexus Championship in Virginia Beach, Va.
