It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the facility.
There are no ATMs available inside Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium.
Banners and signs are welcome inside Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium. However, Duke University reserves the right to prohibit or require the removal of any banners or signs that obstruct other guests' views, cover stadium signage, serve as advertisements, or are deemed obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than four inches are not allowed. Video cameras may be used during pre-game and halftime only but are prohibited from filming the game.
Concessions at all home games, excluding pre-season exhibitions, will be provided by Proof of the Pudding. Please note that all concession stands operate as cashless venues. All transactions will be credit/debit card only, including mobile pay apps. Flex account payment is available for Duke students and staff with their DukeCard in hand (mobile DukeCard payment not currently available).
In case of an emergency inside the stadium, please contact any Duke Athletics staff member or call Duke Police at (919) 684-2444. For incidents outside the stadium, dial 9-1-1 to reach Durham Police.
All gates to Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the game. Guests may leave and re-enter the stadium at any time.
All purses, bags and strollers are permitted into Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium. All personal items are subject to inspection by the Game Manager.
Duke Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner before, during, and after the competition. We ask all fans to treat other guests, players, coaches, and officials with courtesy. Help us create a fun, safe, family-friendly atmosphere at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium by avoiding the following behaviors:

If an item is lost or found in the stadium, please report it to or inquire with any Duke Athletics staff member. All lost and found items not claimed before the end of the game will be available for pick-up the next business day by contacting the Duke Facilities & Game Operations office at (919) 668-5658 or via email at duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed items will be retained for 30 days following the event. After this period, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
There is no merchandise stand for regular season games at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium. For Duke Athletics merchandise, visit the Johnson Family Team Store, located on West Campus in the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center (adjacent to Cameron Indoor Stadium). Store hours can be found at dukestores.duke.edu/hours.
Game day parking is available only in the designated university parking lots listed below. Please do not park in the Whole Foods or Shops at Erwin Mill parking lot, as shopping centers will ticket and tow vehicles at the owner’s expense. There is no street parking in the neighborhoods around Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium and Duke University East Campus.

For the safety and game day experience of all fans, the following items are prohibited from entering Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium:
Duke University reserves the right to deny entry to any individual or item. Prohibited items should be returned to your vehicle or discarded. All guests and items brought into the stadium are subject to search before entering.
For the safety of all in attendance, bags and items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium. Unattended bags and items found outside the stadium will be dealt with as deemed appropriate by stadium officials, including disposal. Duke University and Duke Athletics are not responsible for the loss of any unattended items.
Men’s and women’s restrooms inside Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the game and close 30 minutes after the game. Stadium restrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities.
Restrooms are located at the north entrance of the stadium.
All seating in Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium is general admission, bleacher seating and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is available on the front row of the stadium bleachers, with accessible ramps located at both ends of the bleachers. For guest safety, standing is not permitted along the fence behind either goal cage inside the striking circle.
All regular season games at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium are free of charge, and no tickets are necessary. Please note that postseason events, such as the NCAA Tournament, may require tickets.
Duke University is a Tobacco-Free Campus, including match days at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium. This policy prohibits the use of all tobacco-based products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, chewing tobacco, snuff, and electronic smoking devices (including e-cigarettes, vaping products, and IQOS).
