CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Coming off a quarterfinal appearance in the NCAA Tournament, 22 members of the Duke women's lacrosse team were selected to the 2025 All-ACC Academic Team, as announced by the league office Wednesday.
Duke was second in the ACC with its 22 honorees, trailing only Louisville's 23. Caitlin Barrett, Madison Beale, Carly Bernstein, Ava Biancardi, Lena Doreen, Tess Gagliano, Bella Goodwin, Callie Hem, Maddie MacDonald, Kerry Nease, Mabel Overbeck, Amanda Paci, Eva Pronti, Chloe Provenzano, Julia Schwasnick, Mattie Shearer, Sydney Smith, Sadie Stafford, Adèle Swanson, Reilly Traynor, Ellie White and Reese Woodworth were named to the 2025 squad.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
The ACC Honor Roll, which recognizes all conference student-athletes with a grade point average of 3.0 for the current academic year, will be released in July.
