High School: Ellie White comes to Durham from Baltimore, Md., and attended Notre Dame Prep in Towson, Md ... Despite suffering a season-ending injury as a senior, she was recognized in the Inside Lacrosse Power 100 Incoming Freshman rankings list and was listed as one of 10 standouts in the Best in Class event last winter ... During her senior year, she was a Cum Laude graduate and a National Merit Scholar ... As a midfielder and draw specialist, she lettered three years under coach Mac Ford ... Selected the starting center midfielder for the Sky Walker's Blue Team, which is ranked third among the best women's club lacrosse teams in the nation ... The starting center midfielder for Nation United, a minority lacrosse team that promotes diversity in the sport and was selected as the team's MVP at the Nation United Summit ... Earned a spot on the Under Armour All-America Baltimore Command Team and was awarded tournament honors in addition to being selected for the All-Star Award and as a Lacrosse Magazine National Watchlist Player.

Personal: Daughter of Emily and Drew White ... Born June 24, 2004 ... Has two siblings (Jack and Cabot) ... White comes from an athletic family as four of her cousins played college lacrosse at Notre Dame, Navy, UMBC and Dickinson.
