Aminah Vega was named the ACC Player of the Week after powering Duke's offense to the program's first series sweep over the Hokies. She finished 7-for-10 with three home runs and nine RBI during the three-game set. Vega tallied the first multi-home run game of her career on Friday, blasting a pair of two-run home runs to help guide the Blue Devils to a 6-5 victory and clinch the series win. Charlotte (20-13, 8-4 AAC) used a pair of come-from-behind wins to secure the series victory over Wichita State last weekend. The 49ers defeated the Shockers, 4-3 and 11-7, to clinch the series before falling in the weekend finale, 7-5. Offensively, Charlotte is led by sophomore Arianna Rodi, hitting .370 with 34 hits, 11 home runs and 31 RBI on the season.
