Duke Announces Spring Slate of Games

DURHAM β The Duke field hockey team has returned to the turf for spring training following an amazing 2023 campaign. Head coach Pam Bustin has announced the Blue Devils' spring slate featuring games spanning four weekends.
Duke, having been back on the field competing against each other for nearly a month, opens the spring competition with the Duke Play Day March 23 at Williams Field. The Blue Devils host, Wake Forest, James Madison, Old Dominion and American for a total of 10 30-minute contests.
Duke will be without a few players as they travel to Charlotte for the USA Field Hockey U-21 Selection Camp. Rookie goaltender Kaiya Chepow, Maggie Kondrath and Macy Szukics along with incoming freshman Madison Beach all were invited to participate.

Two weeks later Duke travels to Liberty for a 1 p.m. contest against the Flames. The Blue Devils split the following weekend, hosting ACC foe Virginia April 13 at 2 p.m., and traveling to Wake Forest the following afternoon.
Duke closes the action on Williams Field with rival North Carolina April 19 at 5 p.m.
All games are free and open to the public.
