DURHAM, N.C. – Duke softball continues its 2024 fall ball schedule this weekend, hosting Appalachian State at Duke Softball Stadium on Saturday before traveling down the road to Elon on Sunday. First pitch is set for 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., respectively.
The Blue Devils return home after sweeping Francis Marion and Coastal Carolina in a doubleheader at St. John Stadium in Conway, S.C. Duke started the road trip with a 3-1 victory over the Patriots in the opening game before collecting another 3-1 victory over the Chanticleers in the nightcap.
Duke improved to 3-0 on the fall season after defeating East Carolina, 9-7, at Duke Softball Stadium on Oct. 5.
