DURHAM – No. 10 Duke (33-14, 14-9 ACC) welcomes Georgia Tech (28-20, 10-14 ACC) to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park for an ACC matchup this weekend in Durham, N.C. The series will begin on Friday evening, with a first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m.
The Blue Devils enter the weekend after splitting the midweek series against Rider, falling on Tuesday 2-1, before defeating the Broncs 4-3 on Wednesday. Georgia Tech fell to Kennesaw State on Wednesday night in Atlanta, before traveling to Durham for the weekend series.

- Junior Luke Storm produced one of the biggest performances for No. 10 Duke on Sunday against Longwood, helping guide a come from behind victory in the bottom of the eighth inning. Duke scored nine runs, as Storm collected six of his seven RBI in the frame. The switch hitter produced a two-run home run and a grand slam to lift Duke to a 13-9 victory.
- Duke baseball held strong in the top-10 of the D1Baseball poll on Monday morning, after playing just one game due to exam break. The No. 10 ranking is the second highest in program history, behind being ranked No. 9 at one point in the 2018 season. The Blue Devils were also tabbed No. 9 by Baseball America and No. 6 by Collegiate Baseball.
- The Blue Devils have recorded 252 of their 390 runs scored this season from the fourth to eighth innings. That number accounts for 64.6% of the Duke runs this season.
- Duke pitching is having one of the best historical seasons under head coach Chris Pollard, producing 527 strikeouts. The number moves into a tie with the 2021 squad that also posted 527 strikeouts. The mark is now tied for fourth all-time in a single season, behind the 2019 team (598), 2018 team (575), 2022 team (563) and the 2021 team (527).
- The Blue Devils improved to 16-0 when scoring 10 or more runs in a game this season, defeating Longwood 13-9 last Sunday at Jack Coombs Field.
