DURHAM, N.C. – Duke swimming and diving is back in action this weekend, returning to the pool Jan. 17 for a dual meet against Georgia Tech inside the Taishoff Aquatic Center.
The meet marks Duke's final home contest of the 2025-26 campaign as the Blue Devils enter the final stretch of the regular season.
DUKE NOTABLES & LAST TIME OUT:
- Duke's women's squad is ranked No. 20 in the latest CSCAA Top 25 rankings.
- The Blue Devils will honor their seniors prior to Saturday's meet. The group – which features Isabella Abrajan, Evan Brown, Emily Gantriis, Kaelyn Gridley, Annika McEnroe, Madeline Meredith, Martina Peroni, Audrey Portello, Yannis Schattman, Austin Simpson, Tatum Wall and Josie Zillig – will be celebrated for their accomplishments and contributions to the program.
- Duke competed at the Wolfpack Elite Invitational prior to the holiday break and turned in an impressive all-around showing. Gridley and Ali Pfaff led the charge for the women, with Pfaff turning in a quartet of top-three placements – including two on the program's top-10 performers list, while Gridley added three top-three showings of her own.
- The pair's performances were highlighted by victories in the 200-yard freestyle (Pfaff) and 200-yard breaststroke (Gridley). Overall, the Blue Devil women earned eight top-three placements.
- On the men's side, the Blue Devils combined for 13 marks that landed on Duke's all-time top-10 lists. Kalen Anbar, Cade Anderson, Charlie Kulp, Anderson Kopp, Jack Smith and Raphael Wang combined for 12 of those marks, highlighted by Kulp's school record in the 500 free.

UP NEXT:
The Blue Devils hit the road for the first of two straight dual meets, starting with a trip to Knoxville, Tennessee, for a tilt against the Volunteers. The two-day meet will take place Jan. 30-31 at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center.
