QUOTES
- "I thought we did a good job after falling behind early of forcing a flush there of Evan Blanco. We just couldn't figure out Chase Hungate. He had multiple slots and kept us off balance while tying us in knots. I am really proud of the job our relief staff tonight, in particular Tim Noone. Not only did he keep us in the game and give us a chance, but he also kept our bullpen fresh for tomorrow so this will be fun." – Head coach Chris Pollard on his overall thoughts on Friday's game.
UP NEXT
- Duke and Virginia conclude the three-game series on Saturday afternoon from Jack Coombs Field. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m.
