Scouting Louisville
- Louisville heads into the weekend set looking for its first ACC win. The Cardinals are 10-3 overall, but 0-3 against league foes and have yet to score a goal in conference action. Louisville ranks second in the ACC and fifth nationally in goals against average, allowing just one goal per game. The other end of the field has been a slightly different story as the Cardinals are averaging 1.92 goals per game to rank sixth in the ACC and 41st nationally. - Aimee Plumb, Julie Kouijzer and Katie Schneider all have five goals apiece, with Plumb and Kouijzer pacing the offense overall with 16 and 12 points, respectively. Penalty corners have been elusive for the Cardinals, averaging just 4.62 per game, the fewest in the ACC. Defensively, Louisville is holding opponents to 9.8 shots per game and only 3.85 corners per outing. In goal, Sasha Elliott has a 1.00 goals against average, an .843 save percentage and 5.38 saves per game. She leads the nation in save percentage and is eighth in goals against average. Her 5.38 saves per game is the best in the ACC. She ranks 11th among action goaltenders in career saves at 292.

Scouting Bellarmine
- Bellarmine heads into the final weeks of the 2022 season with a 4-9 overall record. The Knights have won three of the past four games and hosts MAC foe Ball State Oct. 14. Bellarmine is averaging just 1.92 goals per game while giving up 2.85 goals per outing. Penalty corners have been hard to come by for the Knights, winning just 4.6 per game. Opponents have been awarded nearly nine per game against Bellarmine.
- Amber Hofenk Jerembo paces the offense with 23 points from 11 goals and one assist, while Marit van der Bend has four goals and four assists. Hofenk Jerembo ranks tied for 22nd nationally in points per game. Defensively, the Knights have allowed 37 goals in the 13 games. Danni Swallow and Kailey Workman have split duties in the cage, starting eight and five games, respectively. Swallow has started the past seven games and owns a 2.73 goals against average and a .661 save percentage. She is 4-4 overall and Workman is 0-5 in her five starts.
