2009 – Women's Basketball
Abby Waner hit the go-ahead three-pointer with 45.8 seconds remaining as No. 10 Duke defeated No. 9 North Carolina, 81-79, in overtime on senior night in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Jasmine Thomas scored eight of her 19 points in the extra session, while Karima Christmas had 18 points, Carrem Gay added 15 points and 12 rebounds and Bridgette Mitchell finished with 13 points for Duke.
2003 – Women's Golf Â
With rounds of 291, 288 and 293 for a 54-hole ledger of 872, the Blue Devils won the Lady Puerto Rico Classic. Senior Kristina Engstrom registered her third career individual victory as she posted a career-best three-day total of 215.
March 4
2002 – Women's Basketball
Monique Currie scored a career-high 30 points and Alana Beard added 25 as the Duke women's basketball team became the first women's team to complete a perfect run through the ACC with an 87-80 win over No. 16 North Carolina in the tournament championship in Greensboro, N.C.
1995 – Women's BasketballÂ
Duke upset No. 6 Virginia in the ACC Tournament semifinals, 83-82, in overtime to advance to the ACC Championship for the first time in school history. Kira Orr scored 24 points, while Alison Day (17), Jennifer Scanlon (15) and Tyish Hall (12) added double-digit scoring in the victory. After trailing, 40-20, at the half, Duke outscored the Cavaliers, 53-33, in the second half to send the game into overtime.Â

2001 – Women's BasketballÂ
Duke women's basketball won its second straight ACC Championship with a 57-45 victory over NC State at the Greensboro Coliseum on March 5, 2001. Alana Beard led the Blue Devils with 18 points, while Michele Matyasovsky tied a career high with 14 points and sophomore Sheana Mosh added 10. Â

2011 – Women's BasketballÂ
Duke won its second straight ACC title as the seventh-ranked Blue Devils defeated 19th-ranked North Carolina, 81-66, behind 21 points from tournament MVP Jasmine Thomas. Haley Peters (14) and Karima Christmas (13) also added double-digit scoring.
2007 – Women's GolfÂ
For the second straight week, Duke's Amanda Blumenherst led wire-to-wire on the way to winning her fifth career medalist honor at the University of Central Florida (UCF) Challenge, which was being played at the Par 72, 6,214-yard layout at the Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando, Fla. Blumenherst carded a career-best 54-hole total of 205 to pace the third-ranked Blue Devils to the team title with a three-day total of 860.
2000 – Women's BasketballÂ
Lauren Rice and Georgia Schweitzer scored 16 points apiece and No. 11 Duke won its first ACC championship by surviving a late North Carolina rally for a 79-76 victory Monday night. Missy West added 14 points, while Krista Gingrich (11) and Sheana Mosch (10) chipped in double-digits.Â

2010 – Women's BasketballÂ
The ninth-ranked Duke women's basketball team claimed its first ACC Championship since 2004 as the Blue Devils defeated NC State, 70-60, behind 18 points from tournament MVP Jasmine Thomas. Karima Christmas added 13 points, who forced 23 Wolfpack turnovers in the contest.
