Over the next few weeks, GoDuke.com and @DukeMGOLF will run a series of features on the favorite holes for each member of the Duke men's golf team. The players and coaches were asked to pick the three favorite holes they've ever played and provide a scouting report on how best to attack them. Be sure to check @DukeMGOLF on Twitter on Instagram each Thursday to cast your vote on each of our players' dream holes!

Steven DiLisio has the tee this week as he describes his three favorite holes, which are found at three of America's great golf courses. The native of Swampscott, Mass., begins with the incredible 18th hole at Pebble Beach Golf Links then tackles the par-3 12th at Muirfield Village in Ohio before heading back to the Pacific Coast for the popular par-3 16th at Cypress Point in California.
DiLisio's #1 Favorite Hole: 18th hole at Pebble Beach Golf Links (Pebble Beach, Calif.) – 543 yards – Par 5

In DiLisio's words:Â "This hole has a beautiful view of the ocean on the left, and a tree in center of fairway around the landing area for the drive. You'll have to factor in the wind, and avoiding the tree, will leave you a long iron or hybrid into the green. The green is guarded by another tree and bunkers front right and the ocean left. I like the shape of the hole so I play it fairly aggressively with a draw driver off the tee hopefully past the tree. From there, it's a long iron into the green that I keep just left of the tree."
DiLisio's #2 Favorite Hole: 12th hole at Muirfield Village GC (Muirfield Village, Ohio) -- 184 yards -- Par 3
In DiLisio's words:Â "This is a short to mid-iron par-3 over water that plays slightly downhill. It is such a great looking hole, and the water and setup makes it very exciting. The green is small and also protected by water. If the pin is back right, it's an especially nerve wracking shot. Ideally I'd take it at the hole or slightly left, and flag it for a chance at birdie"
DiLisio's #3 Favorite Hole: 16th Hole at Cypress Point GC (Pebble Beach, Calif.) -- 222 yards -- Par 3
In DiLisio's words:Â "This is a par-3 that probably plays more like a par-3.5. There's so much scenery here and the hole is a landmark for golf. You're hitting onto a green that is a peninsula with water short and right, and left. The hole is about 220 yards, often plays 240-250 into the wind. You can lay up short left if there's a lot of wind or you aren't feeling it and try to get up and down par. But I'd start it out a little right and just over the Pacific and draw it back to the hole to give me a birdie chance."
