Over the next few weeks, GoDuke.com and @DukeMGOLF will run a series of features on the favorite holes for each member of the Duke men's golf team. The players and coaches were asked to pick the three favorite holes they've ever played and provide a scouting report on how best to attack them. Be sure to check @DukeMGOLF on Twitter on Instagram each Thursday to cast your vote on each of our players' dream holes!

Rising senior All-American
Adrien Pendaries offers up three of his favorite holes to play in this week's Dream Course series. The native of France tees us off right here at home with the risk-reward par-5 11th at the Duke University GC, then brings us west for one of the world's great par-3's at Cypress Point, before finishing up at the par-4 14th at Muirfield Village in Columbus, Ohio.
Pendaries' #1 Favorite Hole: 11th hole at Duke University GC (Durham, N.C.) – 573 yards – Par 5

In Pendaries words: "It's such a cool hole because it's a great risk-reward par-5 that gives you many options. It starts by finding the fairway off the tee, leaving you with a downhill look at the green. The approach is difficult, with water short and a small green, but depending on the pin position there is always a side to miss the ball on, that allows for an easy chip. If you decide to lay up, the fairway is wide, so you can pick and choose your best third shot depending on the angle and distance you leave yourself. My ideal play is to roast a driver with a slight draw, hit a high and soft 4-iron into the green and make the eagle putt."

Pendaries' #2 Favorite Hole: 16th hole at Cypress Point GC (Pebble Beach, Calif.) -- 222 yards -- Par 3
 In Pendaries words:
In Pendaries words: "It's about a 220-yard par-3 with an island green surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, on the cliffs. The  green is quite large, but if there is any wind, it makes the target much smaller. You have to pick the simplest shot and make a solid swing just to find dry land. Ideally, I would hit a solid 4-iron to the center of the green and be happy to walk away with a two-putt par."
Pendaries' #3 Favorite Hole: 14th hole at Muirfield Village GC (Muirfield Village, Ohio) -- 363 yards -- Par 4
 In Pendaries words:
In Pendaries words: "This is a short par-4 with two options off tee -- either hitting a long iron short of the creek, or a driver at the green. The iron off the tee leaves a full wedge to a very small green that leaves no margin for error with water right and deep bunkers left. You must control the spin here. If you hit driver off the tee, the pitch from just short and left of the green is very easy, but any miss left of right could result in a high number. Ideally, I would hit a 4-iron off the tee, and hit a low spinning wedge to the center of the green pin high and make the birdie putt."
