1999: Saw action in 96 games as a freshman... recorded 10 kills and 11 assists... ranked fifth on the team in digs with 213... notched 22 aces on the season.

PRIOR TO DUKE: New England and Connecticut Gatorade Player of the Year... captured four varsity letters in volleyball at Darien High School... team captain as a junior and senior... three-time All-State pick... the 1996 and 1998 state tournament MVP... high school squad lost one match in four years of competition... also won three letters for lacrosse... member of the National Honor and Spanish Honor Societies.
