2020-21 T&F: Turned in a career weekend at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/25-22/7), winning a silver medal and smashing her PR by 26.29 in the 5000m with a time of 16:16.28, earning All-ACC First Team honors ... Made her outdoor season debut with a third place finish and time of 16:57.36 in the 5000m at Duke Twilight (5/3) ... Set a PR in the 10,000m with a time of 33:49.69 to finish 13th at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/13 - 5/15) ... Finished 35th in the 10,000m, recording a time of 35:39.54 at the NCAA East Regional (5/27).

2020 XC: Finished two races during the shortened 2020 fall campaign ... opened with a personal-best 5K time of 17:20.4 to take seventh overall at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/16) ... clocked a 6K time of 20:50.2 for a 27th-place finish at the ACC Championships (10/30) ... Took home a 28th place finish with a time of 20:53.8 at the FSU Winter XC Classic (2/5) ... Earned a finish of 163rd with a time of 21:59.0 at the NCAA Championships (3/15).

2019-20 T&F: Competed in four meets during the indoor campaign, including the ACC Indoor Championships ... finished first in the 3000m with a time of 9:34.10 at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (1/11) ... clocked a PR time in the 3000m at the Camel City Invitational (2/8), placing ninth overall ... finished 14th in the 5000m final and 15th in the 3000m final at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/28-29) ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 XC: Ran at three meets during the 2019 fall season ... kicked off the campaign with a second-place showing at the Elon Opener (8/30), where she recorded a 4K time of 14:11.0 ... finished 47th in the field at the ACC Championships (11/1) with a 6K time of 21:58.9 ... recorded a personal-best 6K time of 20:44.2 at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships (11/15), which placed her 18th in the field and earned her All-Southeast Region honors ... named to the All-ACC Academic team.

2018-19 T&F: Participated in five outdoor events … at the Battle of the Blues (4/6), set a personal record in the 3000m with a time of 9:32.14, finishing in first place … finished fourth with a PR time of 16:27.28 in the 5000m at the Duke Invitational (4/19) … ran the 1500m at the Virginia Grand Prix (4/26) and finished third after recording a personal best time of 4:27.82 … finished 29^th (16:53.86) in the 5000m at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds (5/23).

2018 XC: Competed in two meets … at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (9/28), finished the 5K in 17:25.4 and placed 26th overall … ran the 6K at the ACC Championships with a time of 21:58.4 (10/26).

2017 XC: Redshirted 2017 fall season.

Prior to Duke: Lettered four years in track and field and cross country under Anne Popek at Ragsdale High School…4A Cross Country All State in 2013, 2014, and 2016 as well as the state runner up during her senior year…Five time conference athlete of the year and four time Guilford County Cross Country Champion…Foot Locker Cross Country Finalist in 2016…4A State Champion in the indoor 3200m in 2016 and 2017…New Balance Indoor Freshmen Mile Champion…New Balance Indoor Nationals All-American in the two mile in 2016 and in the 5,000m in 2017…4A State Runner-up in the outdoor 3,200m in her junior year…New Balance Outdoor Nationals All-American in the two mile in 2015…Member of the National Honors Society, the HOPE (Help Our Planet Earth) Club and the Wounded Warriors Organization…Peer tutor at Ragsdale High School as well as tutoring fifth graders on a weekly basis at a local elementary school.
