2021 XC: Competed in four meets… Opened season at Battle in Beantown (9/24), placing 11th in the field with a time of 24:20.7… Posted an 8K personal best of 23:53.1 at the FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals, good for 53rd place… Finished 46th at the ACC Championships with a time of 24:36.2… Concluded the season with a PR mark at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/12), running the 10K course in 30:41.5 to take 50th place.
2020-21 T&F: Set a personal best at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/25-2/27) with an eighth place finish and run of 14:05.68 in the 5000m ... Took home a fifth place finish with a PR in the 10000m, running a time of 29:35.38 at the Virginia Challenge (4/16) ... Set a PR in the 10,000m, running a time of 29:25.14 to finish in 15th at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/13 - 5/15) ... Turned in a 35th place finish in the 10000m with a time of 30:15.55 at the NCAA East Regional (5/26).
2020 XC: Named a team captain for his senior campaign ... Competed in three 8K meets, beginning with a sixth-place performance at the Virginia Tech Invitational (9/25) ... Clocked 23:56.5 to take second overall at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/16) ... Earned his first career All-ACC honor at the conference championships (10/30) after recording a PR time of 23:35.0, good for 16th place ... Finished in 25th place with a time of 24:11.0 on the 8K course at the FSU Winter XC Classic (2/5) ... Competed in the NCAA Championships for the first time, finishing 153rd and helping lead Duke to a 16th place finish overall (3/15).
2019-20 T&F: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, taking part in the 3000m, 5000m and mile ... ran his first mile in a collegiate competition at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (1/11), finishing fifth with a time of 4:19.65 ... took first place in the 5000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/18), finishing at 14:36.41 ... Recorded a PR time of 8:15.38 in the 3000m to finish eighth at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (1/25) ... Placed fourth in the 3000m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15) with a time of 8:18.15 ... wrapped up his indoor campaign by finishing 22nd in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Championships, coming in at 14:32.38 ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season's cancellation on March 17.

2018-19 T&F: Ran the 3000m in five indoor events, including the ACC Indoor Championships … took second with a time of 8:23.70 at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12) … placed 12th at ACC’s with a time of 8:15.96 … competed in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m during the outdoor season … clocked a PR time of 4:00.84 at the Raleigh Relays in the 1500 (3/31) … at the Battle of the Blues (4/6), finished first in the 3000m (8:23.74) … recorded a personal best time of 14:13.61 in the 5000m at the 125th Penn Relays (4/25) ... placed 10th in the 5000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:17.41.
2018 XC: Participated in four races during the 2018 fall season, notching a top four finish for the Blue Devils in each of his four competitions … opened his sophomore campaign with an eighth-place overall finish in the Elon Opener (8/31), posting a 6K time of 18:59 to help Duke to a second-place team finish to begin the season … recorded a fourth-place finish for the Blue Devils in the Roy Griak Invitational (9/29), recording an 8K time of 25:08.0 to place 19th overall as Duke earned a first-place team finish … posted a third-place finish for Duke in the ACC Championships (10/26), recording a time of 24:36.5 to finish 43rd … finished second for the Blue Devils at the NCAA Southeast Regionals (11/9) with a 10K time of 31:22.3.
2017-18 T&F: Redshirted the 2018 indoor season and participated in four events during the outdoor season, earning two top-10 finishes … finished ninth in the 1,500m run at the Battle of the Blues (4/6) with a time of 4:00.99 … earned a first-place in the 5,000m run at the Duke Invitational, clocking a time of 14:45.69.
2017 XC: Competed in four races during the fall season of his freshman campaign, posting a top-five finish for the Blue Devils in three of the four races he ran … began his collegiate career in winning fashion, opening the season with a first-place overall finish at the Bull City Classic (9/1) with a 6K time of 18:07 as the Blue Devils came away with a first-place shutout victory … secured a top-five overall spot, finishing fourth overall at the Winthrop Invitational (9/16) with an 8K time of 25:25.25 as part of a first-place victory for Duke…placed second for the Blue Devils in the Roy Griak Invitational (9/23), running a time of 26:15.8 in the 8K in a seventh-place finish for Duke … posted a then-PR time in the 8K at the ECU Pirates Invite (10/13) with a time of 24:56.21 to help Duke secure a first-place victory.
Prior to Duke: Lettered for four years in cross country and track and field under Chuck Kyle at St. Ignatius…Two-time New Balance Nationals All-American in the 4xmile relay…Four-time All-Ohio in both cross country and track and field…State runner-up in the 3200m in 2016…St. Ignatius school record holder in the 4xmile relay, the 5K, and the 3200m.
