2021: Opened the season as Duke's Saturday starter before tightness sidelined him mid-April ... finished the season with a 3.65 ERA and a 3-3 record, striking out 45 in 37.0 innings of work ... ranked third on the team with a 1.27 WHIP ... assisted the Duke pitching staff to break the program record in strikeouts per nine innings (9.81) ...earned his first collegiate win with a quality start against Boston College (2/27), allowing two runs on five hits and a walk while striking out seven in six innings of work ... put together a strong showing against Pittsburgh (3/6), going six innings with a career-high 11 strikeouts and allowing just one run ... worked a career-long seven innings and fanned nine while allowing just four hits and two unearned runs against Georgia Tech (3/27) ... was stellar on the mound against North Carolina (4/9), allowing four hits in five scoreless innings while striking out five ... returned from injury in the final game of the season, allowing one hit in two scoreless innings in relief against Liberty (6/6) at the Knoxville Regional.
