2020-21 T&F: Opened the outdoor season with a fourth place finish in the 400m, running a time of 1:00.30 at the Tobacco Road Challenge (4/10) ... Finished 12th in the 400m hurdles, running a time of 1:01.74 at the Charlotte Invitational (4/23) ... Set a season best in the 400m hurdles with a fourth place finish and time of 1:00.29 at Duke Twilight (5/3).

2019-20 T&F: Competed in one meet during the indoor season, the "Doc" Hale Virginia Tech Invitational (2/7) ... finished 17th in the men's 400m with a time of 52.33 seconds ... helped the men's 4x400m relay team take fourth with a total time of 3:19.11 ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19 T&F: Competed in the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12) during the indoor season, finishing second in the DMR with a time of 10:26.71 … Participated in four meets throughout the outdoor campaign … Took first in the 400m hurdles at the Battle of the Blues (4/6), clocking a time of 1:09.45.

2017-18 T&F: Competed in one competition during the indoor campaign, and two competitions during the outdoor season … earned an eighth place finish in the 800m at the Carolina Cup (1/13) with a time of 2:05.09 … served as the second leg on the 4x400m relay squad at the Carolina Cup (1/13), helping them to a fourth place finish with a time of 3:27.24 … finished ninth at the Battle of the Blues (4/6) in the 400m dash, clocking a time of 51:81.

2016-17 T&F: Raced in three events during the indoor season…Finished in 11th place in both the 200m and the 400m at the VT Challenge (2/18), finishing with times of 23.47 and 50.91 respectively…Came in ninth place in the 400m at the Carolina Cup (1/13)…Competed in two outdoor meets…At the Battle of the Blues (4/1), finished in fifth place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 57.95…Ran a season-best 50.64 in the 400m at the Duke Invitational (4/22)…Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
