THE SERIES WITH PITTSBURGH
• Duke and Pittsburgh will meet for the 13th time in program history with the Panthers leading the series with a 12-0 ledger.Â

• Last season, Pitt collected a 42-0 victory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.Â

LAST TIME OUT
• Duke traveled to the West Coast and dropped a 35-10 decision at Stanford and a 28-16 bout versus Cal Poly over the weekend.
• Against 17th-ranked Jack Consiglio of Stanford, Duke junior
Raymond Adams fought well with Consiglio at 141 pounds as the two finished the first period scoreless. Consiglio registered the first point of the match with 38 seconds remaining in the second period as Adams was awarded his second stalling warning of the match. Consiglio added a second point to start the third period with an escape and then registered a takedown with two seconds remaining in the match to earn a 5-0 decision.

Dylan Ross collected Duke's first takedown of the contest as he went ahead, 3-0, early against Lain Yapoujian at 149 pounds. Yapoujian registered an escape late in the first to finish the period with Ross leading, 3-1. Ross, who hails from Edgewater, New Jersey, collected an escape to open the second and went ahead, 4-1. A takedown by Ross late in the second gave the redshirt freshman a 7-1 advantage heading into the final period. He added a third and fourth takedown and finished with a 14-1 major decision to put Duke on the board with four points.
• Late in the first period, Duke's 20th-ranked
Aidan Wallace took a shot and registered a takedown to hold a 3-0 lead. He notched an escape to open the second and led 4-0 against Collin Guffey at 174 pounds. A product of Mahwah, New Jersey, Wallace held a 4-0 lead into the third period and only allowed a late escape by Guffey, before totaling a 5-1 decision at 174 pounds.
• In the final bout of the evening, Duke's 25th-ranked
Connor Barket faced Luke Duthie at heavyweight. Duthie took the early lead, 3-0, with a takedown and Barket added an escape in the first period. Barket, a native of West Lafayette, Indiana, cut the lead to 3-2 with an escape at the beginning of the second. With 1:12 remaining in the third period, Barket collected his first takedown to register his first lead, 5-3, and held on for the decision.
• At Col Poly, the Blue Devils were down 11-1 in the third period when Duke redshirt freshman
Riley Rowan registered Duke's first takedown of the evening against Leo Macias, but ended up dropping a 13-4 major decision at 133 pounds.
• Junior
Raymond Adams fell behind, 1-0, early, but collected a takedown in the first against Alek Vanbebber to register a 3-1 advantage at 141 pounds. Adams, who is from Merrick, New York, added an escape early in the second and then another takedown to move the score to 7-1.Vanbebber registered a couple of points and Adams totaled and escape to give the Blue Devil an 8-3 lead. Adams closed the bout with an 8-3 decision to get Duke on the board with three points.
• Duke's
Dylan Ross and Cal Poly's Gavin Fernandez had an eventful first period with Ross taking a 9-4 lead at 149 pounds. Ross, who is from Edgewater, New Jersey, opened the second with an escape and takedown to go ahead, 13-4. Leading, 13-5, entering the third, Ross closed the contest with a 14-5 major decision. Duke trailed, 9-7, through four bouts.
• With Cal Poly leading 20-7, 20th-ranked
Aidan Wallace went up against Cash Stewart at 174 pounds. The wrestlers finished the first period scoreless and another scoreless second, but Wallace racked up two minutes of riding time in the process. Wallace, a product of Mahwah, New Jersey, totaled an escape to go ahead, 1-0, in the third and ended up collecting 2-0 decision to give Duke 10 points.
• After falling behind, 4-2, in the first period, redshirt freshman
Owen McGrory reeled off five points to take a 7-4 lead heading into the second period against Wesley Wilson at 197 pounds. Wilson came back to hold an 8-7 lead to open the third, but McGrory responded by going ahead, 9-8. With a takedown, Wilson regained the lead, 11-9, with under a minute remaining and held on for a 13-9 decision.

ROSS & BOULANGER PERFORMING WELL
• Redshirt freshman
Dylan Ross has come on strong recently winning six out of his last eight matches. He owns a 12-7 ledger on the season and is 1-0 in ACC action at 149 pounds.Â
• True freshman
Mikey Boulanger is hoping to return to action this weekend against Pitt, after missing the last six bouts with an injury. Boulanger has totaled an 8-5 record and will make his ACC debut in the next contest.Â

WALLACE NOTCHES MILESTONE
• With his six wins at the Southern Scuffle, redshirt junior
Aidan Wallace reached 20 victories on the season. He has now collected 20+ wins at the 164-pound weight class and the 174-pound class over the last two seasons.
• Wallace became the 14th Blue Devil to notch back-to-back 20+ win seasons -- Matt Finesilver, Frank Cornely, Levi Craig, Voris Tejada, John Barone, Diego Bencomo, Jacob Kasper, Conner Hartmann, Mike Mitchell, Immanuel Kerr-Brown, Josh Finesilver, Marcus Cain and Tommy Hoang.
• Wallace has become just the fourth Blue Devil to collect 20+ wins in multiple weight classes -- Frank Cornely (174, 184), Voris Tejada (157 and 174), John Barone (174/184 & 184/197) and Josh Finesilver (133 and 141).Â

DUKE REACHES SIX WINS
• Duke has opened the season with a 6-8 ledger. It marks the most victories by the Blue Devils since the 2021-22 campaign when Duke totaled a 7-10 ledger.Â
• Over the last 10 years, Duke has reached five or more wins only three times -- 2025-26, 2021-22 and 2017-18.
