DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke fencing team shifts is focus to the postseason as it competes in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regional Saturday in Madison, N.J.Â
What to Expect
- Duke's regional competition will take place in the Simon Forum and will feature host Drew, Fairleigh Dickinson, Haverford, Johns Hopkins, Lafayette, NJIT, North Carolina, Penn, Penn State, Princeton, Steven's (M), Temple (W) and Wagner.
- The event begins at 9 a.m. with both men's and women's epee and foil. Men's saber begins at 11 a.m. with women's saber at 12 noon.
- Results can be accessed at FencingTimeLive.com while a live video stream is available at landmarknetwork.tv/drew.
- A fencer's performance at regionals will have a direct impact on his or her chance at qualifying for the NCAA Division I National Championship. No qualifiers are official until Tuesday, March 11, when NCAA Championship selections are posted.
