DURHAM, N.C. – Duke baseball graduate student
Ben Miller was named one of D1Baseball's top 50 third basemen entering the 2025 season, slotting the Durham, N.C., native as the 3rd-best in the country.
In his first season with the Blue Devils after transferring from Penn, Miller started all 55 games he appeared in, leading the team in batting average with a .360 clip. The 2024 All-ACC First Team third baseman scored 56 runs, tallied 82 hits, 18 doubles, one triple, and 15 home runs during Duke's second 40-plus win season.
He was named a Dick Howser Trophy Semifinalist and earned ABCA/Rawlings Second Team All-Region honors, posting an 18-game hitting streak and holding 24 contests with multiple hits, including 13 two-hit performances, six three-hit contests, and one four-hit day.
