Duke Earns Sixth Seed in ACC Tournament

DURHAM – Duke baseball (35-18, 16-14 ACC) earned the sixth seed in the 2024 ACC Tournament, hosted in Charlotte, N.C., at Truist Field, home of the Charlotte Knights, from May 21-26.
The Blue Devils are joined in Pool C by the third-seeded NC State Wolfpack (32-19, 18-11 ACC) and 10th-seeded Virginia Tech Hokies (32-20, 14-16 ACC). Duke split the season series with the two squads in 2024, dropping two games to NC State in Raleigh, N.C., and winning a pair of games in Blacksburg, Va.
Each team in the four pools will play one game against each of the other two opponents in its pool Tuesday through Friday (May 21-24). The four teams with the best records within their respective pools will advance to Saturday's semifinals, with the winners playing on Sunday in the ACC Championship Game.
Duke opens the ACC Tournament on Tuesday, against the 10th-seed at 7 p.m. Game two of pool play for the Blue Devils will be on Thursday, against the third seed at 7 p.m.
Tickets are now available at theacc.com/tickets or by visiting the ACC Baseball Championship Page on the Charlotte Knights' website. Single-session, weekend passes, and all-session tickets are on sale now. All session passes begin at $170 for field box and $225 club seats. Weekend passes begin at $50 for outfield seats, $60 for field box and $80 for club seats.
ACC Network will carry each of the pool play games Tuesday through Friday, in addition to both semifinals. Sunday's championship is scheduled for a noon start time and will be carried nationally on ESPN2.
