DURHAM – Fresh off their second top-10 series victory over No. 9 Virginia, the Blue Devils hit the road for the first time in the midweek, traveling to Lynchburg, Va., to close out a home-and-home series against Liberty.
First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m. from the Liberty Baseball Stadium and will be broadcasted live on ESPN+.

- The Blue Devils have continued to pounce on opponents like they did throughout the season in 2023. Duke has recorded 160 of its 254 runs so far this season from the fourth to eighth innings. That number accounts for 62.9% of the Blue Devils' run production.
- Graduate Ben Miller was red hot this week at the plate this week, producing a slash line of .588/.941/.611. He finished the 3-1 week for the Blue Devils with a 10-for-17 line, collecting eight runs, three doubles and one home run. He knocked in five RBI and walked one time.
- The Blue Devils begin one of the hottest months of the year in recent history for the program, coming off a 2023 season that posted the best record in history under head coach Chris Pollard. Duke finished the month of April 15-3 last season and holds a 95-69 (.579) record in the month since Pollard's arrival. Last Year, the Blue Devils strung together three ACC series wins, all three being top-15 series. The lone ACC series that Duke did not win, was a two-game doubleheader split against Virginia Tech at Jack Coombs Field.
- Tuesday will mark the first time that Duke travels outside the state of North or South Carolina, closing out a home-and-home midweek series with the Liberty Flames. The Blue Devils hit the road eight times this month, traveling to Lynchburg, Pittsburgh, Blacksburg and Buies Creek.
