DURHAM – Duke fell to fourth-ranked Boston College, 18-3, Saturday afternoon at Koskinen Stadium.
The No. 2 scoring offense in the nation was on full display as the Eagles outshot the Blue Devils, 34-21, with 26 on cage.
Nine different Eagles had a hand in the win and were led by Rachel Clark with four goals and an assist while Emma LoPinto had three goals and two dimes.
Duke's three goals were from Caroline DeBellis, Katie DeSimone and Lexi Schmalz, while Schmalz also dished an assist.
