TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Sixth-ranked Duke fell to No. 16 Florida State, 4-2, in the second game of the series at JoAnne Graf Field on Saturday afternoon.
The Seminoles (18-7, 1-1 ACC) handed the Blue Devils (21-2, 4-1 ACC) their second loss of the season and snapped their 21-game winning streak after a tight contest.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Florida State jumped out to an early lead after plating three runs off four hits in the opening frame.
- The Seminoles tacked on another run in the bottom of the third with an RBI-double from Kalei Harding to stretch a 4-0 lead.
