DURHAM, N.C. – Twelve members of the Duke softball program have been named Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes for the 2025-2026 academic year, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced Tuesday.
Earning recognition for their outstanding efforts in the classroom as well as the field are
Ava Bradshaw,
Cassidy Curd,
Larissa Jacquez,
Ariel Krueger,
Layla Lamar,
KK Mathis,
Adelyn Matthews,
Jessica Oakland,
Kairi Rodriguez,
Jayla Stafford,
Aleyah Terrell and
Aminah Vega.
Rodriguez and Vega each garnered the award for the fourth time in their careers while Curd, Jacquez, Mathis and Terrell were recognized for the third time.
Bradshaw and Lamar brought home the award for the second straight year and Krueger, Matthews, Oakland and Stafford picked up their first collegiate honors.
As a team, the Blue Devils posted a 3.59 GPA during the spring semester.
To be eligible, student-athletes must achieve a 3.5 or better GPA on a 4.0 scale to earn Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete status. The NFCA recognizes the top 10 academic teams (by overall GPA) each fall through the Easton/NFCA Top 10 Academic Team program.
