QUOTES
- "I told the guys we did a really good job of staying in our offensive approach even when the game got one sided. I have seen teams, been around teams and coached teams when you get into a ballgame like that they get out of their approach. Sometimes when you do that it is hard to get back into the flow of the game." – Head coach Chris Pollard on the offensive approach in a lopsided game.
- "It was a well played ballgame in all three phases. Noone going out there and setting the tone in the first inning with the quick first and then turning around and giving us three shutdown innings behind it was huge. Higgins looked as good as he has in a Duke uniform today and I thought there were a lot of positives to build off tonight." – On the job Tim Noone and others did tonight on the mound.
