DURHAM – Seventeen Blue Devils were named to the All-ACC Academic Team on Wednesday morning, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced.

Alex Mooney earned the recognition for the second time in his career, while

Adam Boucher,
Andrew Fischer,
Alex Gow,
Cole Hebble,
Ryan Higgins,
Damon Lux,
MJ Metz,
Gabriel Nard,
Owen Proksch,
Alex Stone,
Luke Storm,
Aidan Weaver and
Jason White received the honor for the first time.
Louisville leads the league with 20 student-athletes on the academic team, followed by Georgia Tech and Duke with 17.
Duke's 17 recipients in 2023 are the most in program history, surpassing the 2019 team who placed nine players on the All-ACC Academic Team.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
The ACC Honor Roll, which recognizes all conference student-athletes with a grade point average of 3.0 for the current academic year, will be released in July.
