DURHAM – Duke track and field is back in action this weekend as the Blue Devils continue postseason competition at the NCAA East Regional, hosted by the University of North Florida, from May 24-27 at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla.
Duke qualified 38 individuals to the regional meet, with 25 women and 13 men seeking advancement to the NCAA Outdoor Championships slated for June 7-10 in Austin, Texas at Mike A. Myers Stadium.
The regional features qualifiers with the top-48 marks in the nation (following injury or withdrawal), with the only exception being the top-24 times for relays and direct qualification for the top-24 in multi-events (heptathlon and decathlon). The top-12 from each event in the East and West regionals will advance to the national meet.
