AUSTIN, Texas – The Duke track and field team closed the Texas Relays on a high note as the men's 4x200m relay established a new program record on final day of the four-day meet.

Miles Mingo and
Alex Schwedt and sophomore
Job Trahan delivered a program record-setting performance – this one coming in the 4x200m relay. Behind a blistering run of 1:24.03, the Duke unit eclipsed the eight-year-old record set in 2014 to claim the top overall spot in program lore.
Duke also featured an entry in Saturday's final event in the women's 4x400 university invitational section. Competing among an elite field that included several teams from the SEC and Big 12, the Blue Devil quartet of junior
Jenna Crean, graduate student
Lauren Hoffman and freshmen
Megan McGinnis and
Abby Geiser produced a run of 3:37.23 – good for sixth among the field.
The Blue Devils also wrapped up action at the Raleigh Relays.

Sophomore
Moorea Mitchell's outing in the women's hammer throw headlined the final day of competition at the meet. Mitchell improved her No. 4 all-time Duke mark for the second consecutive week registering a new personal-best throw of 54.58m (179-1 feet).
The Blue Devils also received personal-best performances from senior
Rylee Bowen and freshman
Amarachi Onuoha. Bowen took part in the women's 800m and ran her fastest time in the outdoor event of 2:14.38, while Onuoha clocked 25.55 in the 200m dash for a new outdoor PR.
