DURHAM, N.C. – After a historic indoor season that saw an NCAA Indoor Championship medal and several program records fall, 15 Duke student-athletes have been selected to the All-ACC Academic Indoor team, as the conference announced on Tuesday.
Six men and nine women were selected to this season's team. Graduate student

Alejandro Rodriguez and
Jackson Walker were tapped to the men's team. Seniors
Erin Marsh,
Sara Platek,
Michaela Reinhart and
Leigha Torino, junior
Isabel Wakefield, sophomores
Jenna Crean,
Carly King and
Samantha Schadler and freshman
Charlotte Tomkinson represent Duke on the women's list.
Marsh and Torino represented the Blue Devils at the NCAA Indoor Championships, with Marsh taking home a bronze medal in the pentathlon to earn All-America First Team honors, while Torino earned All-America Second Team honors in the 800m. Several more of this season's All-ACC Academic honorees earned All-ACC distinctions at the ACC Indoor Championships.
Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.
The ACC Honor Roll, which recognizes all conference student-athletes with a grade point average of 3.0 for the current academic year, will be released in July.
