DURHAM – Duke opens the fall slate with an exhibition game against Davidson on Saturday at Atrium Health Ballpark in Kannapolis, N.C.

Duke and Davidson will play at 3 p.m. on Saturday to kick off exhibition play. The teams will square off at the recently built Atrium Health Ballpark, home of the Low-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. Admission is free.

The Blue Devils faced Davidson twice in the 2021 season, winning 7-3 at home on March 2 and 18-2 at Davidson on May 18.

Saturday is the first of two exhibitions during the fall, as Duke faces NC State on Friday, Oct. 22, at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. First pitch is slated for 5 p.m. and tickets can be purchased

In Duke's lone meeting with the Wolfpack last spring, the Blue Devils captured the ACC Tournament Championship title, 1-0. NC State would continue their season with a run to the College World Series.
