January 25
2015 – Women's Basketball
Elizabeth Williams scored a career-high 33 points as the 15th-ranked Blue Devils downed 12th-ranked North Carolina, 74-67, in overtime in Chapel Hill, N.C. A year after setting a career high with 28 points against UNC, Williams finished with the most points ever by a Duke player in the fierce rivalry. With Williams going 14-for-25 from the field. Rebecca Greenwell added 14 points and 14 rebounds, while Ka'lia Johnson also notched a double-double with 12 points and 13 boards.Â
1995 – Women's Basketball
Ali Day hit the game-winner as the Blue Devils upset third-ranked North Carolina, 74-72 on January 25, 1995 in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Day finished with 16 points, while Carey Kauffman added 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Jennifer Scanlon added 15 points for Duke. It marked the first victory in school history for the Blue Devils over a top-five ranked team.Â

2019 – Men's TennisÂ
Duke men's tennis announced the No. 1 recruiting class in the country, signing five top-tier recruits. Michael Heller, Garrett Johns, Omni Kumar, Andrew Zhang and Samuel Rubell were a part of the top class ranked by TennisRecruiting.net.
2001 – Women's Basketball
The 15th-ranked Clemson Tigers came into Cameron Indoor Stadium on January 28, 2001 and the Blue Devils defeated the Tigers, 92-42. Sheana Mosch was perfect hitting 12-of-12 from the field, 2-of-2 from downtown and 4-of-4 from the free throw line as she finished with a career-high 30 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and five steals in 29 minutes. Iciss Tillis added 16 points and Georgia Schweitzer chipped in 13 points and eight assists in the victory for the fourth-ranked Blue Devils.

2018 – Women's Golf
With Leona Maguire's No. 1 listing in the Women's WORLD AMATEUR GOLF RANKINGâ„¢ system Wednesday, Jan. 31, the Blue Devil standout was at the top spot for 131 weeks, which broke the previous record of 130 by Lydia Ko. She went on to have a streak of 135 straight weeks and still holds the record.
