CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Duke junior
Delaney Thomas collected her third All-Academic Team honor to headline the Blue Devils' four selections to the 2026 Women's Basketball All-ACC Academic Team the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.
Joining Thomas on the All-Academic Team are sophomores
Toby Fournier and
Arianna Roberson and junior
Jordan Wood. It is the first honor for Fournier and Roberson while Thomas is one of eight juniors in the league to garner the recognition every season.
To earn All-ACC Academic Team accolades, a student-athlete must be an undergraduate who has been enrolled at her current institution for at least one academic year, earned a cumulative GPA of 3.00 including a 3.00 GPA in most recent two semesters, and competed in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
Fournier is the most decorated of the quartet, garnering AP All-America honors to go along with her second All-ACC First Team award and a host of other recognitions. She led the team in scoring (17.3/gm) and rebounding (7.9/gm) and ranked second in the ACC in blocks (78).
Duke's most efficient player, Thomas had a standout junior season, averaging 11.0 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. She shot an impressive 61 percent from the floor for the year and ranked second on the team in steals with 63. Thomas garnered ACC All-Tournament honors after her stellar performance in the ACC Tournament title game. The Charles Town, West Virginia native registered 19 points, nine rebounds while playing all but one minute in the overtime win over Louisville.
Wood and Roberson both provided sparks for the Blue Devils off the bench, averaging 19.9 and 17.7 minutes per game. Playing her first collegiate season, Roberson garnered ACC All-Freshman honors after averaging 8.0 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. She also was a menace around the rim with 42 blocks. The San Antonio, Texas native was named the ACC Rookie of the Week following her 20-point and eight rebound performance at California. She also dropped six points and six rebounds at Stanford to help Duke to the West Coast sweep.
Possessing the ability to stretch the floor for the Blue Devils, Wood had a handful of big moments this season to help Duke capture both the ACC regular season and tournament titles. In the first matchup against North Carolina, Wood sank three consecutive three-pointers to end the first half en route to Duke's home victory. She made history in the NCAA first round game, knocking down all five of her threes – the first time a Duke player has been perfect from distance in the NCAA Tournament when taking at least five three-pointers.
Duke finished the 2025-26 campaign 27-9 overall and 16-2 in league action. The Blue Devils captured their first ACC regular season title since 2013 and their 10th ACC Tournament crown. Earning a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament, Duke advanced to the Elite Eight before falling to No. 1 seed UCLA.
