Breaking Down the Blue Devils
- Duke is coming off its biggest win of 2019, upsetting No. 14 North Carolina in Chapel Hill Friday night. The Blue Devils are 5-3-0 and 1-2 in league play as they begin the midweek grind.
- Senior Daniele Proch is the headliner on offeense with six goals and 14 points overall. He is just over halfway to his total of 26 points last season after eight games. Classmate Max Moser has been lethal off the bench in a couple games this season and has four assists overall. In all, eight different Duke players have a goal this season after Daniel Wright and Brandon Williamson both tallied their firsts at UNC.
- Defensively, Duke started the season with shutouts in three of the first four games before allowing 11 goals in the past four outings. Sergi Nus has been the anchor at center back, while Ian Murphy and Hassan Pinto have manned the flanks. Most recently Stephen O'Connell stepped in to fill Ian Murphy's role after a red card against Clemson. In goal, Will Pulisic has an ACC-best 34 saves and a 1.38 goals against average.

- Duke and Wright State met once in 2013, with the Blue Devils edging the Raiders 2-1. Current MLS regulars Sebastien Ibeagha and Sean Davis combined for the winning goal on a corner kick.

About Wright State
- The Raiders come to Durham with a 5-3-0 overall record after losing to Northern Kentucky 2-1 Saturday. Prior to that loss, Wright State was on a four-game win streak.
- Stefan Rokvic has a team-best six goals to lead the offense, while Deri Corfe has four goals and two assists. He ranks second nationally in shots per game at 4.86.
- The Raiders have struggled defensively this season, allowing 114 shots in eight games. Joel Sundell has allowed just 12 goals on 113 shots faced and ranks ninth nationally with 41 saves. He also owns two shutouts.
