Setting the Scene
● Duke is looking for its first ACC home win and post consecutive wins for the first time since victories on Aug. 28 and Sept. 2

● Duke and Notre Dame are meeting for just the ninth time overall with the Fighting Irish leading the series 6-2-0.

About the Blue Devils
● The Blue Devils are looking to build off of Tuesday night's win over Campbell as they aim to start a win streak to close out the regular season.
● Graduate student goalkeeper
Robert Moewes anchors the defense with a 1.43 goals against average and a .729 save percentage. He is averaging 3.92 saves per game, third overall in the ACC.
● The Blue Devils have struggled to get the second goal in games this season, being held to a single score in seven of the 13 games. Duke has scored multiple goals four times and had a season-high five in the win over UNC Asheville. Duke has not won consecutive games since Aug. 28 and Sept. 2 over Asheville and UCLA, respectively.
Scouting the Irish
● Notre Dame will look to bounce back after recording consecutive losses to Virginia and Northwestern. The Irish are 10-3-1 overall and 3-2-1 against conference foes.
● ACC Player of the Year candidate John Gallagher headlines the high-powered offense with 11 goals and five assists for 27 points. Brandon Aubrey has eight goals and 17 points overall. Evan Panken and Blake Townes are the motors to the offense with five assists apiece.
● Chris Hubbard has played every minute for the Irish in goal, allowing just nine goals for a 0.62 goals against average. He is averaging 3.29 saves per game and sports a .836 save percentage. Hubbard has seven shutouts this season.
● The Irish are 2-2-0 on the road in 2016.
