Allen's Offensive Contributions• Allen registered a career high in points (32), his second straight game with a career high in points.
• Allen moved past Jordan Hamilton of Texas for the most points scored in a 2K Classic tournament, netting 116 points over four games. Hamilton previously held the record with 84 points, set in 2010.
• Allen, with 62 points in the championships rounds of the 2K Classic, also surpassed Memphis' Rodney Carney's record of 58 points scored in the final two games of the 2K Classic, which he set in 2004.
• After scoring 32 points on 12 field goal attempts, Allen became the 10th player in Duke history to eclipse the 30-point mark while attempting 12 field goals or fewer.
• Allen shot 83.3% (5-of-6) from beyond the arc, the 13th game in Duke history that a Blue Devil connected on 83.3% of three-point attempts or better.
• Allen became the first Blue Devil since J.J. Redick in 2005-06 to register back-to-back 30-point games.
Help From the Experienced• Duke's veterans provided support for the Blue Devils on the offensive end of the floor, accounting for 64.0% (55 points) of the team's scoring.
Blue Devils on the Glass• Duke out-rebounded its opponent for the third time this season, collecting two more boards (30-28) than Georgetown.
• As a team, the Blue Devils hauled in 12 offensive rebounds, the fifth straight game Duke collected double-digit offensive boards.
