“We won a hard fought game. They played hard and we played well and hard. I am proud of our big guys that they were able to hang in there. That was the best we've rebounded all year. The Plumlees had 10 and eight rebounds and Ryan Kelly had eight and Josh Hairston gave us good minutes, got a couple offensive rebounds and all nine guys contributed for us.”
“They are learning their roles. It's not like a play where you're Mr. Smith and you're Mrs. Jones and this is what you do. We are trying to figure out what they do. These are games that a lot of teams played in November and December. We played a really hard schedule with the other team. And then a couple teams lost their guys so we had a couple easier games and we come into the ACC with a really good record but this team wasn't the team that beat those teams. This team wasn't the team that was in those situations. The ACC now is more like the late November early December games for us where our guys are learning and we are learning about them, and roles will develop as a result of that.”
