- Duke extended its NCAA-leading streak of non-conference home wins to 80 with the victory over Colgate. The Blue Devils have won 22 straight games in Cameron Indoor Stadium overall and 51 of their last 53 home contests.
- In the month of November, Duke has won 25 consecutive games dating back to a loss to Marquette in the 2006 CBE Classic.
- Dating back to last season, the Blue Devils have now won 13 straight games.
- The sellout in the season opener extended Duke's sellout streak to 308 consecutive games since Nov. 16, 1990.
- The 110 points are the most by a Duke team since last season when they scored 114 against Pennsylvania on Dec. 31. Under Mike Krzyzewski, the Blue Devils are 105-2 when scoring 100 or more points.
- Five different players scored in double figures for the second time this season. Duke has had four or more double-digit scorers in all three games on the year.
- The Blue Devils made 12 three-point field goals to give them 10 or more in two of the three games on the year. They are averaging 11.3 made treys per game.
- The Blue Devils made 30 free throws, marking the first time since Dec. 31 of last year against Pennsylvania that they have had 30 made free throws in a game.
- In the second half, Duke held Colgate to 10-of-36 (.278) from the field, including 1-of-7 (.143) from behind the three-point line.
- The 49 rebounds were a season high and mark the second straight game Duke has had more than 45 rebounds.
- With 24 assists, the Blue Devils have posted 20 or more assists in two of the three games on the year. They had 26 assists against Princeton.
- The Blue Devils have had 10 or more steals in all three games this season. Four different players had two or more steals.
- Duke forced 26 turnovers, marking the second time this season they have caused over 25 turnovers. On Friday, the Blue Devils recorded a 40-5 advantage in points off turnovers.

Seth Curry
- Sophomore transfer Seth Curry has scored 10 or more points in each of his first three games as a Blue Devil.
- Curry made 8-of-9 free throws and is now 17-of-18 on the season. He made his first 12 attempts to start the year.
Andre Dawkins
- Sophomore Andre Dawkins scored a season-high 16 points for his eighth career double-figure scoring contest. He has scored 10 or more in two of the three games this season off the bench.
- Dawkins made three treys to give him eight on the year. He has three or more in two games this season and in six career games.
- He matched a career high with five made free throws, going 5-of-6 from the line. He also had five made attempts against Pennsylvania last season.
- The three steals also matched a career best as he had three against Radford in his freshman campaign.
Kyrie Irving
- Freshman Kyrie Irving has scored in double figures in each of his first three collegiate games after posting 11 points against Colgate.
- Irving had nine assists in the game with zero turnovers. It is the second time in his first three games he has recorded five or more assists as he now has 20 assists and just three turnovers in his first three games.
- For the second time this season, Irving has made three three-point field goals.
Ryan Kelly
- Sophomore Ryan Kelly started for the second straight contest after not starting at all as a freshman.
- Kelly matched career highs with nine points and five rebounds. His previous best was nine points and five rebounds against Radford last year.
- He also had two blocks, giving four career games with two or more blocked shots.
Miles Plumlee
- Junior Miles Plumlee recorded a career-high three steals, topping his previous best of two in four separate games.
- Plumlee added eight rebounds off the bench after posting just five total in the first two games.
Kyle Singler
- Senior Kyle Singler drew his 71st consecutive start and has now started in 113 of his 114 career games.
- Singler scored in double figures for the 97th time in his career and second game this season. He had a team-high 18 points.
- With nine rebounds, Singler was one rebound shy of a double-double.
Nolan Smith
- Senior Nolan Smith leads the ACC with 13 straight double-figure scoring games. He has scored 10 or more points in 27 of the last 28 games for the Blue Devils.
- Smith dished out a career-high nine assists to give him five or more in all three games this season. He has 11 career games with five or more assists. His previous career high was seven assists in three games, the last coming in Duke's last contest against Miami (Ohio).
- In three games this season, Smith is averaging 7.3 assists per game.
- With his steal, Smith became the 35th player in school history with 100 career steals.
