
"Pennies For Points" Campaign Starts Wednesday

DURHAM, N.C. - Duke volleyball will re-launch its "Pennies for Points" campaign at the home opener against Colorado State this Wednesday, Sept. 9, in Cameron Indoor Stadium in an effort to raise money for multiple sclerosis research.
The program will raise funds through donations by fans, who can pledge one cent or more per point scored by the Blue Devils during all home and ACC matches (a total of 24 matches, beginning Wednesday against Colorado State). Fans can also contribute a flat donation of any amount. All proceeds will be contributed directly to the MS Society.
This will be the third year that Duke has held its Pennies for Points campaign, which raised over $3,000 in 2007.
