Janelle joined the Duke Recreation & Physical Education team in 2022.

Prior to Duke, Janelle has served in other roles such as the Coordinator of Operations & Events at the University of South Carolina, the Staff Development & Training intern at the University of Florida, the Graduate Assistant for Member Services at James Madison University Recreation and a Walt Disney World College Program participant with Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort as a Recreation Attractions Cast Member.

Janelle graduated with her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University in 2017 and graduated with a Master of Science in Sport and Recreational Leadership with a Concentration in Campus Recreation from James Madison University in 2020.
