Doug Andrews joined the Duke Athletics Department in August 2010 after completing the sports physical therapy fellowship at Duke Sports Medicine.
He attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis on Exercise Science. Andrews received his Physical Therapy training from Emory University where he graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2003. He received his certification in Athletic Training in 2004 and became an APTA board certified Sports Specialist (SCS) in 2007.
Doug and his wife, the former Amber Stewart of Savannah, Ga., reside in Durham.
