High School: Elektra Koulouris comes to Duke from Matthews, N.C., where she attended Weddington High School … As a midfielder, she has racked up 244 goals, 123 assists, 246 ground balls and 609 draw controls throughout the last four years … She has accumulated numerous accolades throughout her young career, including USA Lacrosse All-American, Under Armour/New Balance All-American, multiple All-State, All-Region and All-Conference first team recognitions and conference championships … She holds the school record in goals, points and draw controls and is second in assists … She is a two-time High School Offensive Player of the Year for the greater Charlotte region and was named Player of the Year as a junior … She helped lead her team to four conference championships and also lettered multiple seasons in track & field as a sprinter and as a guard in basketball.
