2019-20 T&F: Competed at three meets during the indoor season ... finished fourth in the men's 600m with a time of 1:24.80 at the Camel City Invitational (2/7) ... clocked a time of 1:58.10 in the 800m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14) ... finished seventh in the 800m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/21) before helping the men's 4x400m relay squad take fifth with a time of 3:28.55 ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season's cancellation on March 17.

2019 XC: Competed in two races during the fall campaign ... opened the season with a 6K time of 20:19.2 at the Elon Opener (8/31) ... took 18th overall at the Hokie Open (11/8) with a 6K time of 19:59.7.

2018-19 T&F: Participated in multiple events and six meets during the indoor season … took third at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12) in the 800m with a time of 1:57.07 … claimed third at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/21) in the distance medley relay (9:47.29) … earned All-ACC Second Team at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships ... ran primarily in the 800m and the 4x800m relay during the outdoor season … in the 4x800m relay at the Raleigh Relays (3/29), notched first-place with a time of 7:31.38 … at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/9), earned 10th with a PR time of 1:52.10 in the 800m.

2018 XC: Ran in the Hokie Open (11/2), posting a 6K time of 19:57.1 to finish 15th overall.
