2021 XC: Opened the season at the Elon Opener (9/3), where he ran his 6K in a PR of 18:17.1 to place sixth overall and help the Duke men win the event… Earned 29th place after running the 8K course at the Battle of Beantown (9/24) in 25:01.6… Established an 8K personal best mark of 24:09.1 at the FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals, good for 85th place…Clocked 24:32.3 to finish 41st at the ACC Championships (10/29) … Ended the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/12), posting a PR time in the 10K of 31:21.3 to finish 87th in the field.
2020 XC: Named a team captain prior to his senior season ... competed at two meets during the fall campaign ... finished 18th overall at the Virginia Tech Invitational (9/25), running his 8K in 25:30.9 ... clocked a personal-record 8K time of 24:49.5 at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/16) to finish 22nd.
2019 XC: Ran in six races during the fall campaign ... opened the season at the Elon Opener (8/30), where he posted an 8th-place finish with a 6K time of 18:36.4 ... finished 13th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) with an 8K time of 25:10.9 ... ran his 8K in 26:31.9 at the ACC Championships (11/1) ... finished the season by winning the Hokie Open (11/8) with a 6K time of 18:37.5.
2018-19 T&F: Competed at four meets during the indoor season … finished second with a personal best time of 14:57.67 in the 5000m at the Hokie Invite (1/18) … clocked a PR time of 10:22.66 in the distance medley relay at the Camel City Invitational (2/1), placing second … ran in the 3000m steeplechase and the 1500m throughout the outdoor campaign … earned third with the 4x1500m relay team at the Raleigh Relays (3/29) with a time of 15:50.14 … registered a second-place time of 9:09.24 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Battle of the Blues (4/6) … finished 13th at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/9) in the 3000m steeplechase (9:15.11).
2018 XC: Opened his season with a seventh-place overall finish in the Elon Opener (8/31), posting a time of 18:58 as the third Blue Devil to cross the finish line to help Duke secure a second-place team finish … competed in the Roy Griak Invitational (9/29), recording an 8K time of 25:42.0 in the 33rd annual event … ran to an 8K PR time of 24:55.3 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/12), finishing eighth.
2017-18 T&F: Competed in four events during the indoor season and six competitions during the outdoor campaign … opened the indoor season with an eighth place finish in the mile run at the Carolina Cup (1/13), posting a time of 4:19.39 … finished in fifth place in the 3,000m run at the Outdoor Opener (3/24), recording a time of 8:40.03 … helped the 4x1,500m relay B team to a ninth-place finish at the Raleigh Relays (3/31), recording a time of 16:33.02 … placed third in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Battle of the Blues (4/6), clocking a time of 9:11.10, his fastest of the season … qualified for the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing 21st with a time of 9:29.26.
2017 XC: Participated in five races during the fall campaign of his freshman season … secured a fourth-place overall finish in the first race of his collegiate career, posting a 6K time of 18:24 at the Bull City Classic (9/1) to help the Blue Devils earn a first-place shutout victory … finished eighth overall at the Winthrop Invitational (9/16) with an 8K time of 26:02.58 as Duke claimed a first-place team victory … eclipsed a personal-best 8K time at the ECU Pirates Invite (10/13) with a time of 25:08.73, helping the Blue Devils secure a first-place team victory … posted an 8K time of 25:39.2 at the ACC Championships (10/27).
