2021 XC: Opened the season with a 6K personal best of 18:23.6 to finish ninth at the Elon Opener (9/3) and help aid the Duke men to first place at the event… Placed 24th at the Battle in Beantown (9/24) with a time of 24:54.4… Improved 8K mark and set a PR of 24:04.7 at the FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals (10/15), good for 76th place… Earned All-ACC honors for the first time after running the 8K course in 24:16.5 and placing 21st at the ACC Championships (10/29) … Set a 10K PR at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/12), taking 20th place and clocking 29:53.2 to earn All-Region status for the first time.

2020-21 T&F: Earned All-ACC honors for the first time with sixth place finish and a PR time of 14:03.84 in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/25) ... His time in the 5000m was the third fastest time in Duke Indoor history ... Competed in the 1500m for the first time, finishing 22nd with a time of 3:51.16 at the Tobacco Road Challenge (4/10) ... Finished 40th in the 5000m with a time of 14:25.65 at the Virginia Challenge (4/17) ... Won his first collegiate event in the 5000m, taking the top honors with a time of 14:25.87 at Duke Twilight (5/3) ... Placed 44th in the 5000m, running a time of 14:51.33 at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/13 - 5/15).

2020 XC: Ran in two races as a senior during the fall campaign ... placed fifth overall with an 8K time of 24:16.3 at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/16) ... broke the 24-minute mark in an 8K for the first time in his career at the ACC Championships (10/30), posting a PR time of 23:55.9 ... Earned a 36th place finish on the 8K course with a time of 24:17.5 at the FSU Winter XC Classic (2/5) ... Was one of two Duke runners to earn a top-100 finish, coming in 96th with a time of 31:30.9 on the 10K course at the NCAA Championships (3/15).

2019-20 T&F: Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... finished third overall in the 5000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17) with a time of 14:51.9 ... posted a personal-best 3000m time of 8:19.16 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15) to finish fifth in the event ... competed at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/28), where he clocked a 3000m time of 8:32.84 ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 XC: Ran in six races during his junior campaign ... placed 10th overall at the Elon Opener (8/30) with a 6K time of 18:39.3 ... took fourth overall at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/18), clocking his 8K at a seasonal-best 24:24.0 ... finished the season by posting a PR time in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (11/15), coming in at 30:56.6 ... named to the All-ACC Academic Team.

2018-19 T&F: Competed in five meets throughout the indoor season … ran to a first-place finish in the 3000m with a time of 8:23.08 at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12) … set a PR time of 8:19.96 and finished fourth in the 3000m at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8) … participated in four meets during the outdoor campaign … finished second at the Tennessee Relays (4/11) in the 5000m (14:39.36).

2018 XC: Opened the season with a 10th-place overall finish in the Elon Opener (8/31), posting a 6K time of 19:01 to help the Blue Devils secure a second-place team finish … earned the start in the Roy Griak Invitational (9/29), posting an 8K time of 25:20.3 in the 33rd annual event to eclipse a personal-best.

2017-18 T&F: Participated in six competitions during the indoor season and five competitions during the outdoor campaign … opened the indoor season with a seventh-place finish in the one mile run at the Carolina Cup (1/13), clocking a time of 4:20.03 … finished seventh in the 3,000m run at the UCS Invite (2/17) with a time of 8:27.46 … qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships in the 3,000m run, where he finished 25^th with a time of 8:31.87 … earned a third-place finish in the 5,000m run at the Tennessee Relays (4/13), posting a time of 14:45.98 …ran his fastest 5,000m of his freshman campaign at the Penn Relays (4/26) clocking 14:40.41.

2017 XC: Competed in five races during the fall season of his freshman campaign, posting a pair of top-five finishes for the Blue Devils … posted a top-five overall finish in the first race of his collegiate career with a 6K time of 18:28 on his way to a fifth-place finish, helping Duke secure a first-place shutout victory in the Bull City Classic (9/1) to open the season … finished 10th overall at the Winthrop Invitational (9/16) with an 8K time of 26:15.22 to help the Blue Devils claim a first-place team victory … posted his second top-five finish for the Blue Devils in the Roy Griak Invitational (9/23) with an 8K time of 26:53.7 as Duke finished in seventh place … recorded an 8K time of 25:50.92 in the ECU Pirates Invite (10/13) as the Blue Devils went on to secure a first-place team victory … eclipsed a personal-best 8K time at the ACC Championships, finishing with a time of 25:20.5.
