Jenny Keim joins the Duke swimming and diving staff in 2007-08 for her first year of coaching in the college ranks.
While on the swim team at the University of Miami, Keim won the NCAA Championship on the three-meter board and platform in 1999 and 2000. She was a three-time All-America selection for the Hurricanes from 1998-2000.
Upon graduation, Keim began coaching the Liberty Diving Team in 2004 and in 2006, the men’s team placed sixth at the Junior Nationals. Her national experience includes participating in the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games in the three-meter individual and 10-meter synchronized events.
Keim has also served as assistant diving coach at the U.S. Elite Diving Academy (2007), under current Duke head diving coach, Drew Johansen.
The Miami, Fla., native is currently U.S. Diving’s representative on the Athletes Advisory Counsel for the United States Olympic Committee and a member of USA Diving’s Board of Directors.
Keim received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Miami in 2001. She currently resides in Durham.
