2008-09: Helped the novice eight clinch a fifth-place finish in the Grand Final of the South/Central Regional Sprints...helped the novice eight take second at the ACC Championships...competed with the second varsity eight that defeated Georgetown and George Washington...helped the second varsity eight beat Texas and Kansas State at the Longhorn Invitational.
High School: Member of the US Rowing Junior team and the United States High Performance team…captured a silver medal in the double at the 2007 US Rowing Youth Nationals…took first place at the Mercer Junior Sprints…with the US High Performance Team, raced in Germany against the German Junior National Team…as a sophomore, rowed with the US Junior Development Team and helped the group capture third place at the 2006 US Rowing Youth Nationals in the double…also won gold in the 8+ and silver in the 4+ at the 2006 US Rowing Junior Nationals…lettered four years on the tennis team and captained the squad in 2007 and 2008…was the state champion in doubles and finished runner-up in singles in 2005…as a senior, started a rowing team at her high school, The Ranney School, that had its first race in the spring of 2008.
